About Dijana

I joined the Ambition Group in 2019 within the Banking and Financial Services team and I crossed over to AccountAbility after returning from maternity leave in 2023. Partnering with this talented team to assist with their candidate management and delivery.

Helping people is at the core of everything I do, and my strengths are focused on fostering genuine relationships and understanding the needs of candidates looking for their next opportunity.

Outside of work:

I’m a mum to two littlies that keep me very busy. We’re generally out and about exploring parks, going for bushwalks; mostly playing around and trying to keep them entertained. And whatever time I have left, which is not much and usually during nap time, I am a news junkie that loves delving into all the current affairs.
