We have an amazing opportunity for you to join a prestigious organisation in the education industry as their Accounts Receivable Officer. Working in a small finance team, you will be the primary person responsible for billing, banking and most importantly building relationships with external stakeholders in this business.

The Role:

  • Accounts receivable, billings
  • Collections, building relationships with parents
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Prepare and send the quarterly Tuition fee billing
  • Performing banking and allocations
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Investigate any queries and non-payments
  • Ad hoc duties across finance team

The Person:

  • This role will suit someone with solid end-to-end accounts receivable experience
  • Someone with billing and collections experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are essential
  • School experience ideal not essential
  • Someone who enjoys working with a small team and helping their colleagues
  • NSW Working with Children Check & Police Check
