Working with an organisation in Murrumbeena, we are seeking a candidate for to start immediately on a contract role of 3-6 months with potential for this opportunity to go permanent during that time period.
The right candidate will come from an assistant accountant, audit or administration background. They would have been dealing with high levels of data and have exceptional attention to detail.
The role:
- Working with and recording high levels of data for incoming product line, ensuring accurate recording of specifications and measurements
- Listing products on online portal, specific to industry
- Coordinating delivery of products to wholesalers through internal and external correspondence
- Auding data on products, with the aim of having full accuracy
- Reviewing anomalies and making amendments where appropriate
The right candidate will:
- Be available now and able to commence in a role almost immediately
- Have high levels of data accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Ideally have intermediate to advance excel skills
- Be able to work from the office full time
- Have either an Assistant Accountant / Accountant / Audit or high level administration background
The specifics:
- Murrumbeena / Oakleigh location - close to public transport and parking onsite
- One day working from home per week
- Must have your own vehicle
- 3-6 month contract role, with opportunity to go into a permanent role down the line
- $40-$45/hour + super
- Immediate start
