The Role

This is a Part Time role, four days per week to support the Payroll Lead as a Senior Payroll Officer. The Payroll Manager is a rare mentor & critical thinker - able to transcend the constant change of the Australian payroll industry with a calm & solutions focused professionalism.

  • 300 permanent, 100 casual on a fortnightly payroll cycle (This will grow; they are currently working on three new developments).
  • Clerks & Aged Care Award - 2 EBA's
  • No manual interpretation or timesheets
  • Acumen for systems & process improvement
  • They use Ceridian Dayforce and delivered an extraordinarily successful implementation of this new product
  • This is a future state Payroll Environment, where the team is responsible for the full employee life cycle in Dayforce. However exposure to other integrated HRIS & Payroll solutions such as Workday, SAP Success Factors or ADP GV, will be considered.

The team come in to their CBD office two days per week (Monday & Tuesday) but offer hybrid model/remote working for the other two days.

Ideally you will be a talented, experienced Senior who can adapt quickly and provide vital support to a dedicated Payroll Manager.
