Contracts Administrator | Legal

A leader in its industry; this property management company is sourcing a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team.

This role will require a legal administration skillset with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor department mailbox, respond to queries where possible and escalate queries to other department staff as appropriate
  • Track projects, upload documents and update shared calendars
  • Organise and often create minutes for conference calls and meetings
  • Arrange for contracts and legal documents to be signed and notarized by relevant parties
  • Review documents for accuracy, ensuring that documents are complete, consistent and in the correct format
  • Assist with filing of documents and database management
  • Provide reports from contract and corporate databases
  • Coordinate with various departments and team members to ensure company records are kept up-to-date
  • Contract administration across all verticals to include insurance policies and deeds
  • Maintain department archiving records, including preparation of files for archiving and regular review of archived documents

Experience & Skills

  • 2 – 3 years administrative experience, Legal industry experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high standard of communication skills
  • Accountability for own work load and self-motivation
