Customer Service + Admin Assistant

My Client is a global manufacturing and distribution company who are looking for a Customer Service and Admin Assistant who has an exceptional eye for accuracy and a high level of customer service skills to join their team on a 3-month temporary basis with a high chance of extension depending on performance and continuous workload.
Due to continued business growth, this Global Company based on the North Shore is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join their lively and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, highly driven and have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service as you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to ensure a positive client experience
  • Offering general administrative support to the team on a day to day basis
  • Reporting
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Supporting with the preparation of quotes and invoicing
  • Meeting deadlines on a daily basis to ensure a fast turnaround time for orders and general enquiries
  • Ad hoc administration duties

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a related role
  • Proven experience using Salesforce
  • Be able to work both autonomously and part of a team
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • High level of administrative skills including advanced level Microsoft Office
