Executive Assistant – $80k + Super

Experienced EA to required to support at C-suite Level and join a friendly hard-working team in the CBD!

The client

Our client is a market leader with an extremely corporate and professional image. They are looking for a highly skilled and polished Executive Assistant to join a supportive and hard-working team and culture on a temporary basis.

The role

This is an extremely busy role where you will support one of the busy partners to execute a consistent and high level of administrative support on a day to day basis.

What to expect on a usual day –

  • Diary and email management
  • Meeting coordination with internal and external parties
  • Extensive administration tasks including editing correspondence, reports, presentations and proof reading documents
  • Database management ensuring all records are correct and up to date
  • Travel bookings
  • Invoicing and expenses
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant team with the overflow of administrative tasks

What you will bring to the role –

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years experience at an Executive Assistant level. You will be extremely service orientated both in an internal and external capacity, ensuring nothing but the highest level of service is provided.

You will take ownership and be instrumental in supporting this busy partner with daily tasks as well as supporting the rest of the Executive Assistant team to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

Key skills and attributes include –

  • Ability to multi-task and take instruction
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • A business administration or higher level education would be highly advantageous
