Part-time Executive Assistant

The role –

This is a rewarding role offering work/life balance where you will work in partnership to ensure deadlines and expectations are met with all administrative tasks, all while improving and implementing policies and procedures across the office.

There is no such thing as a “typical day” but your usual responsibilities might look like –

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the Manager and team
  • Diary management support and meeting coordination
  • Extensive calendar management across the entire business for events and support with the event management on the day
  • Coordination of group overseas trips
  • Typing of correspondence/minute taking and follow up on action items
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders

What you will bring to the role –

  • A sense of drive, passion and empathy
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage your time effectively and juggle conflicting tasks and priorities
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
  • The ability to learn and master new databases
  • Thinking on your feet to deal and manage with out of the ordinary tasks
  • A strong eye for detail
