Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone – pass on calls to staff, e mail messages
  • Receive paperwork/parcels from couriers and hand to relevant staff
  • Distribute mail to relevant staff
  • Ensure kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials etc.
  • General filing
  • Meet and greet as first point of contact for the business
  • Set up and book out meeting rooms
  • Data entry
  • Adhoc duties

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong knowledge across Microsoft Office
  • Passionate and Motivated
