AccountAbility have a fantastic, Business Support division recruiting for Administrators, Receptionists, Office Managers, EAs and PAs, Data Entry Clerks, Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. I specialise in temporary recruitment for the CDB and sounding areas.

Our clients are looking for smart, corporate, and experienced Receptionist/Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role
As Corporate Receptionist, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering and redirecting calls
  • Meet and greet of high profile visitors
  • Calendar management
  • Set up of meeting rooms including ordering catering
  • Mail (register, distribution)
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding facilities issues
  • Assisting senior managers with ad hoc administration requests
  • Expenses and travel arrangements

The Person
The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Previous experience as a corporate receptionist
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely well presented and able to represent the company
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
