Senior Admin Assistant with PA duties

My client is looking for a senior Admin Assistant with additional PA duties to assist with an ongoing project.

This fast paced environment requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The perfect candidate with have a minimum of 4 years experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with developing effective and targeted communications
  • Experience with providing executive support with duties to include calendar management and minutes
  • Capability of compiling and writing reports
  • Demonstrated capacity to undertake high levels of workload within strict deadlines,
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible
  • Good interpersonal attributes to liaise with stakeholders both internal & externa
  • high level of MS Office – word, excel, Visio and PowerPoint
