Talent Acquisition Advisor, 3 months contract, CBD, $70K+

This role is purely candidate focused, no business development or sales like a traditional 360 Agency role

We have a newly created Talent Acquisition Advisor vacancy within our leading global boutique recruitment business with offices across Australia, Asia and the UK. This is a unique position that will offer fantastic career progression opportunities and development. This role is purely candidate focused (no business development or sales like a traditional 360 Agency role) dedicated entirely to executing and delivering on exciting, high profile commercial and strategy recruitment assignments for some of Australia’s most well-known companies within either our Finance, Banking or Technology teams.

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Talent pipe-lining and shortlist preparation
  • Creating monthly and quarterly reporting for the external market and managing social media content on talent in the marketplace and industry trends
  • Attending client job briefings and may be involved in preferred supplier client account management, per successful candidate preference

  • You will ideally come from an internal recruitment or agency background although this is not essential
