Our client is looking for an experienced Team Assistant to support their ever growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile Team Assistant to join a dynamic, established business with scope for growth!

The role:

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering and redirecting calls
  • Meet and greet of high profile visitors
  • Supporting a growing team
  • All round office duties
  • Diary and email management
  • Organising meetings
  • General administration
  • Preparing documents including PowerPoint presentations

The person:

The successful candidate must have experience within a similar role, be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills, and willing to support their team on a permanent basis.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive
  • Ability to prioritise a large workload
  • Significant experience working in office environment
  • Exceptional computer, administration, time management and organisational skill
  • Ability to work within a team environment whilst managing your own workload
