Rachel comes from a Sales and Marketing background and has been working as a Recruitment Consultant within the Sydney market for over two years, having relocated from the UK in 2013.

She began her career in media recruitment before joining AccountAbility in 2017. Her passion is Business Support recruitment, specialising in temporary and contract projects.

Rachel prides herself on her natural ability to deliver quick results and thrives working on both small and large high-volume projects across a multitude of clients. Utilising her networks and attending industry events, she strives to have a deep understanding of her market and offer both her clients and candidates full insight into emerging trends and opportunities.

Rachel drives consistent results through her strong relationships built within the market and fast execution to meet deadlines and deliver a smooth and seamless experience.

Rachel recruits temporary and contract projects for all areas of the Business Support function including Personal/ Executive Assistants, Administrators, Receptionists, Customer Service and Office Managers.
