I started my career in recruitment in 2015 in the UK and I made the great decision to move to Australia in 2019 to join the team at AccountAbility!

The reason why I approached AccountAbility was because my best friend from home secured a temporary accounts payable role through them the year before and she had a great experience with the team. She said that out of all of the agencies she dealt with in Sydney, AccountAbility was the most thorough and genuine and really got to understand her needs. I immediately got in touch with the team with my resume and the rest was history.

Since 2015 I have specialised in transactional accounting and payroll recruitment, both on a temporary and permanent basis, helping to support various SME and global companies across a variety of sectors. As Divisional Lead for AccountAbility I have the fortunate role of being able to train and mentor my team, whilst also specialising in roles purely in the CBD and North Shore & Northern Beaches of Sydney.

I believe in developing strong relationships with all my candidates and clients and taking the time to fully understand individual needs and personalities to successfully match them to the right opportunity. I also hold myself accountable for delivering on promises I make, so if I say I will have a shortlist over within 48 hours. I WILL make that happen!

Outside of work:

I regularly attend the gym as I love group fitness, as well as exploring Australia’s amazing coastal walks and beaches, not to mention testing out all the different cafés, restaurants, and bars Sydney has to offer! Yes, I am one of those people who will take a picture of their meal before eating it, I love my food A LOT! I will also never say no to a boozy brunch or a fun night on the dance floor/singing Spice Girls at the local karaoke bar.
