About Lucy

After graduating from University in New Zealand, I relocated to Australia to work in Hospitality and Hotels. This led to a 2-year stint opening and setting up a new hotel in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I then found myself back in Australia, and this time in Melbourne.

After starting off in Hospitality recruitment, I joined Ambition and AccountAbility in September 2018 and have been here ever since. After spending 3 and a half years recruiting within the Accounting & Business Support sector, I transitioned into Technology and recruited all things Software Development and Testing. After 2 successful years here, I realised my heart and passion were in the Accounting Support and Payroll area and have since made the move back to what I know and love.

I value clear communication and transparency in my interactions with both my clients and candidates. I strive to build long-lasting relationships and add value where I can, to ensure I have a more consultative approach to each interaction.

I enjoy travelling, music, and quality time with friends. On weekends you can find me exploring Victoria (with a wine in hand) and enjoying all it has to offer.
