Main Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports (reports, budgets, and tax returns)
- Assist in budget preparation, performance review, financial reports and analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Assist and provide critical support during audits
- Assist with adhoc administrative tasks when needed
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant studies - accounting, finance
- CPA/CA qualifications or currently studying towards it (highly regarded)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table, Vlook Up, if functions (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
