Are you a Mandarin-speaking finance professional with 5-6 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, looking to take your career to the next level? Main Duties:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger entries, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Issue invoices, reconcile bank statements, and identify discrepancies to uphold financial accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate insightful financial reports and analyses for management and regulatory authorities.
- Provide critical support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor and track expenses, review employee expense reports, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Conduct financial and variance analysis to identify trends, offering insights and recommendations to management.
- Respond to ad-hoc financial information or analysis requests in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CA are advantageous.
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a thorough understanding of financial principles.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with familiarity with financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis.
- Possesses excellent organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
