The Role
As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial processes, with key duties including:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Debt Recovery & Accounts Reconciliation
- BAS and IAS
- Payroll Processing
- Banking Imports
- Processing Payments & Invoices
- Preparing Monthly Reports
- Maintaining Data and Records
- Answering Queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with Ad-Hoc Duties as required
The Person
We are looking for an experienced individual who:
- Has 1-2 years of accounting experience.
- Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Has experience with ERP systems (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
- Has excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
