The Company:
Expanding industry leader currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to help the team on a three months assignement with possibilities of becaming permanent. This role will suit someone who can handle high volume and accounts payable invoices processing with high accuracy.

THE ROLE
- Preparation of reports
- Processing payments
- Processing invoices
- Statement Reconciliation
- Responsible for maintaining data and records
- Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc duties
THE PERSON
- 2 years of experience on a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
- Experience with a large ERP system
- Experience on a OCR system is not mandatory but will be highly regarded
