THE ROLE

  • Order Management: Handle website, email, and phone orders efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with purchasing, goods inwards, and dispatch departments.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and process credit card payments as needed.
  • Sales Support: Provide strong support to Account Managers and prepare customer quotes.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage sales team returns/credits and execute general administrative tasks.

THE PERSON

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar office-based customer service role.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with a knack for promoting products.
  • Professionalism: Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to address customer inquiries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer usage and typing; familiarity with Pronto is essential.
  • Team Orientation: A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
