Looking for a motivated professional with experience in recruitment operations to join a leading recruitment company.

THE ROLE:
- Support the Directors and act as the intermediary between corporate services and sales
- Manage the administrative team and oversee general administrative duties, including CV formatting, payroll services, and placement updates.
- Provide office and facilities management support
- Handle vendor management and
- Coordinate internal events
- Oversee compliance for placements
- Support the Leadership team with bids, tenders, and documentation
- Evaluate and streamline internal processes
- Address contractor-related queries and ensure legislative compliance
THE PERSON
- Experience in a similar role supporting recruitment operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Customer service focused
- Ability to critically evaluate internal processes and procedures, creating and implementing improvements
- Adaptability and flexible approach to changing work priorities
- Identifies and takes action to address problems and opportunities
