About the Client:
Join a renowned global luxury goods retailer with its Australian headquarters located in the vibrant Eastern Suburbs. We are seeking a talented and experienced Payroll Manager to lead the payroll, systems, and reporting functions for a 12-month parental leave cover. Your Role:


As a Payroll Manager, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for up to 200 employees on a biweekly basis.
  • Optimise systems protocols and data integration for all HRIS and Payroll Systems, including time capture and HRIS Master Data.
  • Lead the upgrade of our Time & Attendance platform.
  • Analyse payroll data to support commercial growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Enhance the customer service reputation of our payroll function across our network of stores.
  • Implement robust controls to ensure payroll compliance and processing efficiency.


About You:


We are looking for a technical Senior Payroll Officer ready to step into their first Payroll Manager role. You should have:

  • Strong systems acumen, particularly with KRONOS.
  • Expertise in payroll compliance and audit controls.
  • Experience with payroll data analysis for commercial insights.
  • A proactive approach to integrating payroll within a global, progressive organisation.
