Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end weekly payroll process for approximately 3,000 employees using iChris
- Manage payroll inbox and handle and address payroll inquiries from employees
- Calculate and process payments for terminations and redundancies.
- Manage salary sacrifices and child support deductions.
- Process contract changes, masterfile updates, payroll adjustments, and leave
- Calculate Super, Redundancy/Terminations, Tax, PAYG
- Interpreting multiple Awards & EBAs
Requirements:
- End to end payroll experience
- Experience using TANDA
- Strong excel skills
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret Awards & EBAs
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
