Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll-related tasks such as PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and Workers' Compensation.
- Handle onboarding for new team members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Conduct audits and maintain compliance across HRIS/T&A systems.
- Address payroll queries and provide guidance on payroll laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with strong end-to-end processing skills.
- Experience with Kronos (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with Retail or Restaurant awards is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
