Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in a large scale organization with an ability to navigate complex processes, and organizational structures
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, vendor relationship managers, regional partners.
- Ability to understand and call out risks in processes and offer remediation opportunities
- Control mindset, good understanding of operating in a controlled environment.
- Experience operating in a regional role with good communication skills and the ability to work with partners on other timezones (ie, India, Philippines etc).
- Some understanding of change management and process improvement opportunities desirable
- A good team player, someone with experience working in small team,, able to collaborate and have a 'can do' attitude.
Operational Experience
- Prior experience in HR Operations, good understanding of Payroll processing, salary packaging
- Ability to Perform Business As Usual (BAU) activities accurately and efficiently within agreed timeframes.
- Manage the monthly Payroll input process with a focus on accuracy
- Operate in a 'Deadline driven' environment to ensure BAU responsibilities are met
- Advanced excel skills
- Maintenance and uplift of internal SOP
- Work within agreed service levels and ensure our outsourced partners operate to the same level
- Ability to work with EDSE Country manager, corporate centre partners and where necessary vendors.
- Understanding of the Banking and Finance award desirable
- Understanding of Salary packaging model
- Understanding of overtime tracking and payment obligations desirable
- Understanding of statutory leave obligations.
