THE CLIENT
Leading Australian business looking for an experience Senior Payroll Specialists/ Payroll Manager with experience managing complex end to end payroll and hands on involvement with process improvements.

THE ROLE

  • Manage the BAU and lead a team of payroll officers
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Run complex payroll and manage multiple entities
  • End to end payroll processing for Australian employees
  • Manage PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax & Payroll reporting
  • Maintain, implement and comply with recent payroll changes and taxation legislation
  • Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with department Heads and Leaders

THE PERSON

  • Payroll Management experience and strong leadership skills
  • Experience with process improvements / project implementations
  • Payroll accounting and month end reporting and analysis experience
  • High volume payroll processing experience
  • Micropay experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proven Leadership skills
