Customer Service Representative- Huge Consumer brand

This well known household brand is looking for a SUPERSTAR Customer Service Representative to join the team and hit the ground running!

My Client is a well-known household Consumer brand who are looking for a Customer Service representative who has a brilliant eye for detail and a high level of customer service skills to join their team on a temporary basis with a high chance of extension depending on performance and workload output.
Due to continued business growth, this Consumer brand based in the inner west is seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their energetic and enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, highly driven and have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service as you will be dealing with a range of clients on a daily basis.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to ensure a positive client experience
  • Fulfilling general administrative support on a day to day basis
  • Order tracking and updating clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Creation of the preparation of quotes and invoicing
  • Meeting deadlines on a daily basis to ensure a fast turnaround time for orders and general enquiries

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a related role
  • Proven experience using SAP
  • Be able to work both autonomously and part of a team
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • High level of administrative skills including advanced level Microsoft Office
