Salary, Training and Incentives

To get the people we need we offer a leading market salary package. Our two-pronged commission scheme rewards both you as an individual and you within your team.

  • You get a % of your own personal billings on a monthly basis
  • You get a % of your team’s revenue on a monthly basis

Your commission is paid monthly – no unfair deficit schemes here. If you have a poor month and miss your threshold you will still start from scratch the following month, with no deficit to make up.


We recruit widely; experience is no barrier. Virgin boss Branson sums it up nicely: “hire for will and train the skill”. We look for passion, for people driven to get work done well, people who can listen and work fast.

New recruits complete an intensive five-week training course that gives a full understanding of what is needed to perform successfully in recruitment. From here you move to our mentoring programme where, as well as getting on-going training and support from management, you’ll also get continued input from our senior consultants.

We reward high performance and like to invest in our consultants having fun, like each of the below examples:

  • An all-inclusive Hunter Valley trip for consultants who billed 130% (temp), 120% (perm) and 100% (managers) of their budget over a six month period. 15 people qualified.
  • The Funny Money Auction! Consultants were given fake money as reward for hitting budgets, getting testimonials from clients or candidates, team work and the like. At the end of year party, on a luxury boat cruise around Sydney Harbour, you could use the fake money to bid for prizes including a trip for two to the Hunter Valley, a night at the Opera House, a Porsche for a day and cooking classes.
  • The top seven revenue billers and the top two performing managers, plus a lucky wild card winner won a three-night luxury resort break in Fiji.
  • Our where in the world competition saw the winner in Tokyo with air travel taken care of and one week of leave to enjoy. All consultants got to enter, for every $10,000 billed they could pick a city. The winner had to pick the city the MD had chosen.
  • The top 7 billers, top 2 managers (against % budget) and 1 wild card went on a 3 day trip to Queenstown, New Zealand for skiing/snowboarding, and of course, the apres ski!
  • Top billers, (dependent upon time with the business) top manager and 3 wild cards won an all expenses paid trip to Bali for 4 days.
