Working with an ASX business located in South Melbourne, we are looking for an administration officer to join the team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working onsite 5 days and is looking to learn and grow their skillset. The right candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an administration role.
The role:
Working closely with the Executive Assistant this role will entail:
- Document control
- Meeting minutes
- Purchase orders
- Staff expenses
- Stock ordering for the office
- Ad-hoc administration for the leadership team and the Executive Assistant
The successful candidate:
- Will have at least 2-3 years prior experience in an office based administration role
- Have clear communication, both written and verbal
- Be quick to pick up new systems and technologies
- Be highly organised
- Will be able to work full time from the office

- Office is located in South Melbourne working 5 days in the office
- Candidate must have their own vehicle and drivers licence
- Candidate must have a passport
- Salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + super depending on experience
