We are seeking a Claims Administrator to handle customer claims and queries for a market leading organisation. This role involves processing claims efficiently, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and managecustomer claims and queries efficiently.
- Ensure claims are reviewed and resolved within set SLAs.
- Investigate disputes and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in claims processing, disputes, investigations or back-office data entry
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability towork autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Out of the box thinker who has great initiative
- Full Working Rights as this is a permanent long term role
