Investigation & Resolution Officer

I am looking for a Investigation & Resolution Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and resolving billing and payment disputes. You will be working closely with the Accounts Receivable team to investigate issues, analyse data, and ensure timely resolutions while providing support to improve overall processes.
What's Involved?
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes and payment issues by reviewing account details and communicating directly with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of discrepancies.
- Analyse patterns in billing issues to identify areas for improvement and prevent future disputes.
- Ensure all investigations and resolutions are documented accurately, in compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Provide support to the Billing and Collection Manager by offering insights and recommendations based on your findings.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain billing and payment matters clearly and professionally.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues before they escalate.
- Eagerness to learn and develop your skills within the accounts receivable and billing field.
