Working with a professional services organisation based in the CBD, we are looking or a part time administrator with exceptional administration skills. This role is permanent part-time, working 3 days per week in the office. This role will suit someone who has a good foundation of administration sills or who has been in administration for the majority of their career and enjoys this type of role. If the successful candidate comes from a Financial Services or Professional Services background, even better!
The role:
- Supporting in a team of 10 alongside 2 other support staff
- High levels of document control
- Meeting minutes and dairy management
- Preparation of expenses
- Client liaison
- General ad-hoc admin and supporting duties
The successful candidate:
- Will be an experienced administrator who has had a career in administration
- Ideally someone who has worked in a Financial Services or Professional Services environment
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with high levels of document control
- Good organisation and accuracy skills
- Ability to learn new processes and systems
