This Tech organisation based in Melbourne CBD is seeking and end to end payroll officer with 2-3+ years experience. Working on outsourced payroll for organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
The role:
- Working with a small portfolio of outsourced clients in a team processing payruns fortnightly and monthly
- Effectively coordinating end to end payroll operations
- Facilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments
- Reconciliations of employee pay and accrued leave entitlements
- Perform month end process and reconciliations, including information for superannuation, payroll tax and workcover payments
The successful candidate will have:
- Full end to end payroll experience for 2-3+ years
- Experience working with payruns of over 300 employees
- Previously worked with large payroll systems such as Chris21, SAP, PayGlobal or ADP
- New Zealand payroll experience (desired but not essential)
- Great communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with multiple awards and ability to interpret EBAs
- Intermediate excel skills

- Working from home for two days offered after the initial training period of 3 months

- Salary depending on experience between $85,000-$90,000 + super
