Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end for approximately 200 employees on a weekly basis, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage all payroll inbox & queries.
- Maintenance of payroll and time and attendance systems.
- Maintain precise payroll records while ensuring strict compliance.
- Set up and maintain employee records, ensuring accurate data for new, promoted, transferred, and exiting staff.
- Provide Award interpretation support and help managers navigate multiple Awards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar role managing payroll for multiple sites/entities.
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional verbal & written skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Previous experience with Award Interpretation/EBAs.
- Comfortable using payroll systems, with a preference for Employment Hero experience and strong proficiency in Excel.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively.
- Must have full working rights as this is a permanent role.
