As they embark on a critically time bound transformation of their Payroll & HRIS systems architecture, they are looking for a tenured Project Manager with the ability to drive change in a complex EA driven payroll environment.

The Head of HR joined the business to address workforce governance and has deep knowledge of payroll compliance. The Head of Payroll has exceptional commercial acumen and is a proven career mentor.

The Role

  • Create & devise the payroll project plan aligned with business-critical deadlines and the company's strategic vision.
  • Prepare test scripts, conduct parallel runs, testing
  • Audit Data Integrity & support effective data migration
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure systems is shaped around key business, regulatory, and legislative requirements
  • Support dissemination of new T & A system to multi-site operation
  • Business engagement - to encourage user utilisation at all levels
  • Work with systems providers to ensure data integration & accurate, insightful reporting to business leaders & external third-party institutions

The role is being recruited on a Fixed Term basis for 12-15 months, with potential for progression into a role with a regional focus. Essentially you will have a track record of delivery in project management, within the payroll & HRIS space, with the resilient marks to prove it! Essentially this will have been achieved in an organisation with multiple EA's, and at least 3,000 - 5,000 employees.

As they are looking for a project management & business engagement skillset, experience of systems such as ADP, Dayforce, Workday, UKG Dimensions will be considered. An objective, systems agnostic perspective from a payroll project SME, would be invaluable.
