Based in Sydney CBD, this established technology company is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their close knit team supporting the office operations and working closely with the EAs and Events team.

THE ROLE
- Oversee general office administration and manage reception duties, including phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Handle ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Assist with the onboarding process for new starters
- Assist with organising events
- Arrange travel bookings across Australia
- Confidently communicate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Remain fully compliant against all rules, regulations and set procedures
- Data entry
- More tasks can be given depending on capabilities, so any adhoc support where necessary would be required
THE PERSON
- Essential - Strong administrator with excellent communication skills
- Ideally 6 months - 2 years office admin or reception experience
- Confident to communicate with all levels of stakeholders and address issues if need be, whilst providing A grade customer service
- Ideal for someone who enjoys working within a social collaborative environment
- Happy to work 5 days in the office due to the nature of the job and being front client facing
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Permanent Residency or Australian Citizen as the position is permanent
