Looking for someone with experience in project financials: Ensuring compliance & accuracy in financial tracking, costings, and revenue recognition.

THE ROLE

  • Manage project and revenue financial compliance in NetSuite including managing billings, WIP balances, project completions/closures, and invoice approvals
  • Review and reconcile project Work In Progress (WIP) balances weekly
  • Assist project managers with financial queries
  • Project costings and revenue recognition
  • Review, reconcile, and verify financial data
  • Ensure smooth financial operations for projects from set-up to completion.
  • Manage/oversee a growing offshore team of 3
  • Data analysis and reporting on billing and billing trends
  • Responding to complex billing queries, problem solving

THE PERSON

  • Experience within a similar role - Understanding of how projects work, from set-up to tracking, to billing and revenue recognition is critical.
  • Experience with using ERP systems and timesheeting software
  • Strong communication skills is essential written and verbal
  • Management experience is not essential, but you should be comfortable leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Power BI experience is not required, but familiarity with reporting tools and financial analysis is beneficial.
  • Full Working rights as this is a permanent role
