Working with an Automotive organisation based in Mulgrave we are looking for a sales support specialist to join the team on a 6-month contract. This role would suit someone who has experience in sales and wants to support a sales team or a person who has experience working in the Automotive industry.
The role:
-Dealing with dealers, sales staff and dealerships to handle any queries about the sales process
-Use of database and internal portals
-Communication with internal stakeholders via telephone, email and internal communication channels
-Troubleshooting within reason or escalating any issues (not conflict management)
The successful candidate:
-Will have a background in automotive or sales and understand a sales process
-Will have excellent customer services skills, both written and verbal
-Have good computer skills and be able to pick up new systems and databases
-Be able to think outside the box and use initiative in their role
-High attention to detail and accuracy

-Automotive industry
-6 month contract
-Competitive hourly rate
-The successful candidate will need to have this own vehicle as it's not close to public transport, parking is available onsite
-2 weeks off over the Christmas period
-Hybrid working model after the initial training period available
-Ideally looking at candidates that are immediately available or available on a short notice period
