Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing a team of three, processing end-to-end payroll on Chris21.
- Oversee payroll for 3,000+ employees.
- Interpret multiple Awards & EBAs.
- Calculate Super, Redundancy/Terminations, Tax, and PAYG.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development for the team.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
- Focus on development, process improvement, and compliance rather than processing.
Skills and Experience:
- End-to-end payroll experience using chris21/ ichris is essential
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret Awards & EBAs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
