Working for an e-waste organisation located in Keysborough we are looking to appoint a new administrator/customer service officer to the business on a permanent basis. The organisation has a strong focus on exceptional customer service, dealing with B2B and B2C external customers on a daily basis. This role would suit someone who has exceptional administration skills, with a high attention to detail and someone who is able to build rapport easily with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
The role:
- Working closely with a small team and trained on all different roles
- Managing business enquiries, and communication for logistics and orders
- Managing order and queries from customers via phone, email and portals
- Ensuring accurate data entry of orders requests into the bespoke CRM
- Communicating with external customers around orders, delays, payment methods
- Managing conflicting priorities across several different systems
- Using initiative to find solutions to any better ways of working
The successful candidate will:
- Have 2-3 years experience in an Administration focussed role which also had customer service elements
- Have excellent communication skills and a good phone manner
- Has intermediate skills in Excel, or GoogleSheets
- Have experience using CRMs for data entry and any order request data entry would be a bonus
- Be friendly and easily able to build rapport over the phone and email
- Be hardworking and have high work ethic
- Be highly organised and able to juggle and learn several systems at once
- Show initiative and motivation and be a team player at all times
On offer:
- This role is full time in the office Monday-Friday 9-5pm
- Salary of $65,000 + super
- Keysborough location, parking available onsite
- Interview process consists of two face to face interviews and excel testing
