Working for a Wealth Management organisation based in the CBD we are looking for an administrator to join the team. This role would suit someone who is a seasoned administrator and is looking for a stable role or someone who with only a few years of administration experience and is looking to grow their career within the Financial Services industry.
The role:
- Supporting an Executive with various administration tasks
- High level document control, including preparing reports
- Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc administration as required by the greater team
The right candidate:
- Either an administration career or 2+ years experience - either profile would be suitable
- Experience or a degree in Economics or Finance related field (desirable, not required)
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and fast learner
The company:
- Location in the CBD, this is a full-time work from the office role
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Salary of $70,000 package
- Interviewing this week
