Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for weekly ANZ staff using Micropay
  • Manage time sheets and attendance through the T&A system
  • Onboard new starters, handle terminations and redundancies
  • Resolve payroll inquiries with outstanding customer service
  • Interpret Awards/EBAs and calculate PAYG, superannuation, tax, and month-end reporting
  • Provide support to the Payroll Manager and assist with monthly pay runs
  • Participate in projects aimed at process improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in payroll, ideally with high-volume weekly pays
  • Comfortable using T&A systems
  • Experience interpreting GRIA (essential)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full work rights in Australia
