Your Role & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for weekly ANZ staff using Micropay
- Manage time sheets and attendance through the T&A system
- Onboard new starters, handle terminations and redundancies
- Resolve payroll inquiries with outstanding customer service
- Interpret Awards/EBAs and calculate PAYG, superannuation, tax, and month-end reporting
- Provide support to the Payroll Manager and assist with monthly pay runs
- Participate in projects aimed at process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in payroll, ideally with high-volume weekly pays
- Comfortable using T&A systems
- Experience interpreting GRIA (essential)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full work rights in Australia
