The Role:
As an Allocations Officer in the Accounts Receivable team, you'll be responsible for processing and allocating invoices (up to 100 per day), performing bank reconciliations, and handling various AR duties. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient allocation of payments, helping to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate invoices efficiently (100 per day)
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain AR records
- Handle general accounts receivable queries and allocation duties
- Assist with other adhoc AR tasks as required
- Report to the Finance Manager
The Person:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role is essential
- Basic Excel skills required
- Experience with SAP S4/Hana is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent communication skills to manage queries and ensure smooth processing
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
