Working with a NFP organisation, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join on a permanent basis.
This organisation has a payrun of approx. 2000 people run fortnightly. We are ideally looking for someone who has previous SAP / SuccessFactors experience and/or NFP/Health/Aged care industry experience.
The role:
- Supporting and mentoring a team of payroll officers alongside the Team Leader
- Effectively coordinating end to end payroll operations.
- Facilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments and contributing to month-end and year-end procedures
- Reconciliations of employee pay and accrued leave entitlements
- Use of SAP / SuccessFactors and UKG
- Projects, including remediation and help with systems implementations/upgrades
The right candidate:
- 3-5 years experience
- Must have SAP or SuccessFactors end to end payroll experience
- Ideally have NFP / Health / Ages care experience
- Happy to work a hybrid role, 3 days from the office
